This journey started in June 2016 with a simple goal: to move, to get healthier, and to change my life. What followed was more than I ever expected. Between 2017 and 2023, I completed eight marathons, including five Abbott World Marathon Majors: New York City, Berlin, London, Chicago, and Tokyo. Each race carried its own lesson and shaped the runner and person I continue to become.
Running helped me lose weight, quit smoking, build discipline, and gain perspective. It also allowed me to travel the world, connect with people across cultures, and proudly represent Bangladesh on an international stage.

Along this journey, I became a personal trainer and running coach. Not for titles, but to help others build healthier, more sustainable lives. That is why Rahmanfit Wellness exists—to support people who want realistic, practical guidance toward better health. I believe everyone deserves access to movement, encouragement, and honest coaching. Not everyone needs to run marathons, but everyone can benefit from consistency, accountability, and support.
Completing five World Marathon Majors made this journey real. Boston remains unfinished—not due to lack of desire, but because access is difficult. Rather than forcing the outcome, I’ve chosen to evolve and focus on what’s next. That next chapter is trail running. Less noise, more nature, and a different kind of endurance. Learning about UTMB and the global trail running community has inspired a new direction. My next race is the UTMB Canyon 25K—a step into trail racing, elevation, and patience. One day, I hope to participate in a UTMB event, not for status, but for growth and experience. I’ve learned this through running and coaching: if someone can dream, believe, and show up consistently, they can achieve more than they think.
Rahmanfit Wellness exists to help make that possible—one person, one step, one habit at a time. The journey continues.
